Off-site (telephone and e-mail) tech support and services

• $70/hour
• One hour minimum per incident

On-site services

• $100/hour for on-site time
• Two hour minimum per call
• $70/hour for transit time
• IRS mileage rate
• Actual travel expenses, at cost

Billing

• Net 10 day invoicing on approved credit
• Visa or Mastercard
• Paypal
