Software Levels in CNC12 v4.16 and Later
This is a summary of changes, intended for Centroid dealers and others
who are well acquainted with the software options structure in v4.14
and earlier.
It is intended as a quick reference, to relate "levels" into
familiar features. In the lists below, the features of each
level are listed in comparison to a basic control with "Package A"
software options in the structure that was in place from CNC10 v2.68
through CNC12 v4.14.
A good rule of thumb: all but the most rudimentary machines will require "Pro",
so just consider it a part of the control cost. A control with "Free" should
be viewed as a loss leader. Ultimate is only needed on machines which require one
or more of its advanced features.
CNC12 Free
